The Most Boring post of the World !

This is after very long time when I am writing on this blog. Actually I was busy in doing nothing at my company. Today also I am doing nothing but I thought I should write something which is related to no one but everyone wants to get it, read it. I don’t know what am I going to write and what people will understand and what they will take meaning of this, I have completely no idea about it.

If you feel this is the end of this post than you are wrong but if you think that the post is not ended yet and there would be some useful things will come up that can make you rich than you are completely more than wrong. But I know that some have not reached beyond this line. So I want to congrats all the people who are still managing their mind. You know one thing that is, If someone reading, S/He must not have mind in correct condition because if the person who wrote this doesn’t use brain in writing this than how can any person with brain can become fool.

Ok, Now come to the point, But first you should understand why should we go to point ? Is it compulsory to go to the point If we can gather in a circle. Ok, No more puzzling . Actually I am writing this to kill my time and kill your time. I believe I am completely Passed in my aim. What do you thing am I not?

I know, Now you are either Laughing or Crying or Shouting. You may be in any condition But I am sure that you are not in Normal condition. So I request you please don’t come to my place to beat me. You can put your anger in form of comments but again I guess you are not in that condition. Are you?

Oh My god, You are still reading. Now I can believe that My post is not more boring than you. I am happy now but I think you are not happy. Don’t try to make yourself happy because anyone can read your face now that you are not the one which you are trying to show you are.

This is only the first degree torture, If you want to get 2nd and 3rd degree you can read this post 2 or 3 times respectively.

I don’t know whether this is the most boring post of the world or not but It’s up to you to tag it as the same.

Dreams - "The weird Imagination"

Today I am going to talk about dreams, Don't go to other meaning like Goal, Aim of life etc. Dream is thing which we see after sleeping. These dreams are more weird than what you can imagine. and I believe It is true. There are different people who believes that dream is nothing but whatever you want to think or whatever is in your heart etc etc. I don't know whether it is true or not. May be sometime it becomes true But I saw a dream 5 days ago which is completely weird and unexpected for me as that thoughts never came to my mind before.

So I am recalling the dream -
I was going to satyam office I saw Maddy at the main gate of company's office . I asked her "Why are you angry? Is there any problem?" I just completed this line and she started crying and said, "You know manish that my weight is growing like anything, Even my husband has started teasing me now. He is saying that I am in nervous nineties so be careful and make Century. So I decided to join Gyn." " Than, what is the problem. Go to Gym. I am sure you will lose at least 30 -40 kg within a month if you will start dieting." I replied.
"My Boss RAGHU is a problem. He is from Our batch only, still he is not giving any relaxation of timing in morning. Raghu The waste fallow, Who made him Boss, I want to kill that guy."

Now we are in office busy in doing some work. suddenly we saw that a guy in formal white shirts and black Jeans shouting on guard for attendance, saying How can you mark abscent for me? I am only two hours late. You don't know how to handle kids. I have three. and...... bla bla bla .... (I forgot) There was a parents meeting in school so i came late..... again bla bla bla…
After some time he came to my place and said - " Yaar Manish , Dhadi Maja aayaa aaj to, Chotu ke school gaya tha .. Kya patackha teacher thi Maja aa gaya."
I said "Yeah sodde ko koi nahi samjha sakta."

I forgot the next part of dream. after some time Alarm started ringing and that's the end of my dream.

I never thought like this but it came in dreams. Little weird :)

Satyam "No Satya, No Sunder"

I usually don't believe in conspiracy theories but here I am giving you the other picture of so called "Satyam fraud case". I know that you all be aware of this case so I am not going to explain you the fake figures.

In this whole case the main thing which stuck to my mind is what makes Raju to suddenly confess the thing of fraud of thousands of crores Rs. when everyone knows that India's system is the one in which any person like him can easily get out or pass decades easily.
As Raju said in his confession letter that he is doing because for his "internal satisfaction". He also said that he is the only one who was involved in this. But I don't think this the case.

Now I am going to tell you the possibilities.....
First, may be the confession letter is also a part of the fraud and Raju and his friends are making money of this market. You would think that how can a person can make money from down market. but people who know about Put and short option can understand the earning by down market and it is possible also because only Raju knew about it before time. any one knew it before it came to media can easily short sell the stock of ten times than what money have so if market is down by 80% you can earn around 800 % of money what you have. It is also possible that this crash is making thousands of Rs for Raju's men.One can also say that Satyam loss is Raju's loss as he is the CEO. No ... because he has only 3% stake in Satyam. If you have 100 rs in one pocket and 3 rs in other pocket than which pocket will you want save. One answer 100 rs.

Second,DSP Merrill lynch (ML), There is a possibility that ML which was working for regaining investors' confidence who came to know about the balance sheet fraud and they were planning to reveal it but this cause bankruptcy of Satyam, so may be they have forced raju to confess something minimum. So we can say that the fraud may be bigger than which is reviled. One can make doubt about ML, I would say about it is all Institutional investors started selling Satyam shares at 75- 80 rs/shr but ML sold it at 108rs./shr may be because they knew the really situation.

Third, Raju is really a gentleman. The person who tried to increase the share price of the company in which he has less than 5% stake. See if first two things are not true than we can say that Raju haven't got a single coin from the fraud. he was just trying to make the company successful on charts and trying to remove the company from the fear of possible merger or acquisition and it is not at all wrong intension.

fourth, If the first possibility is true than this also can happen that the confession letter is bogus(only the figures.) and the fraud is smaller but there is almost zero possibility of it.

Finally we are waiting for merger with a good company. I have received around 30 calls in last one day asking about the company. some people are saying to leave the company. I would like to suggest you to if any one want to take risk than buy 100 shares of Satyam in price range 15 - 25 rs/shr. and hope for merger with a reputed company. It will cost you 1500 - 2500rs(at max 4000). is equal to your expenditure in making "Bills".

So Be optimistic !

...Early Bird !!

This is my first post in year 2009 so Happy New Year to all.

today is my first working day as 1st Jan is holiday. I came to office at 8:35 and When I went to attendance register for entry I saw that My name is now printed(Previously It was hand written). and you know because of new month the register was also new. and I was the first person to come office so there was only my signature in the register.
Ohhhh... it means I am the Early Bird Today...(On very first working day of the year 2009)...

I am happy ... But is it good or I am a fool/stupid who came office that early. Whatever others think about it doesn't matter to me ... really !!! I don't know.
But can't do anything so be :)

I welcome you all in year 2009..

.... Waiting List 305

I have been transferred to Pune in starting of december and the day I planned to come pune I also planned to go home on christmas holiday...As I am the best in planning but everyone knows that I am the worst in executing them. This is also an example of this thing.
I planned that I will book online bus tickets some day and will go by bus , I will search bus for evening tome only after 7PM so I will manage the office also. If Pune to Udaipur(900KM) direct bus will not be available than First I will go Ahemedabad and than will take another bus to udaipur. But this is only plan which never be executed in my case. So I started searching for bus on 19th december and ended after 15 minutes of starting. Result was as usual - There is only one bus from Pune to Udaipur at 1PM and all buses to ahmedabad were full. There is no waiting list in case of bus reservation.
Now I had only one option left that is Pune to Ahmedabad by train and next part of journey is unknown. I checked for "Tatkal Reservation" but it was full. So I went to Railway Reservation counter for booking. The Lady Said "Ahimsa Express"- Waiting List 305. I was expecting 105 but what could I do. I said okay!. No problem.Actually this was my only big problem.
Finally The journey day- 24 Dec came. Another problem I didn't know how to go to Pune station. but some how i reached there by 6:30PM. Train is scheduled at 7:50PM.People are searching for coach but I had "The Ticket with Waiting list 305".
After some confusion I stepped in coach S-2. There were 6X8 feet free space and already there were 4 boys 3 girls(All are from Infosys) standing. All looked at me. I was Smiling and thinking that I am not alone fool here. One boy was sitting on TTE seat. I hardly got space to put my bag. I didn't know how will i pass 12 hours like this cold but i was happy that I am going home.
than my luck started....The guy who was sitting on TTE seat asked about my destination. I said "Ahmedabad". He said I am going to Loonawala, you can sit on my seat after Loonawala. Loonawala is very good tourist place at an hour distance from Pune. So I got the seat with waiting list 305. Other group looking at me with anger and frustration.
They set down on news paper and had dinner and than we played Antakshari and after that every one slept. At 7:45am train reached to Ahmedabad. I got an auto to bus stand and again good luck I got the bus there on the time.

I reached Udaipur at 2 PM on Christmas. This is my trip to Udaipur after
My first Employment,
Two Transfers,
Three Cities in Three Different states,
Four New Sim Cards,
Five Salaries,
Six Different Journies and
A Ticket With Waiting List 305..... :)

When I tried to Stop Time !

The story began when I got a mail in MNITcompski group that Anant is in town for FOSS.IN and he wants to have a meet of our batch, Discussion started and finally we 10 decided to meet at Garuda Mall, Bangalore at 5:00 PM on Saturday November 29. As every one knows that I am crazy about these kinda "get together" specially when Anant is coming.

I started at 3:30 from my home which is near Apollo Hospital and after 1:15 hour here I am at Garuda before time. Clock is saying 4:45 PM. I forgot that I am in India. Only fools come on time while I don't want to say what people say about those who come before time.

Now I was alone watching beauty of one of god's creation But after some time I called Shardole as he is the only contact person in this picture. I called him. "Where are you guys. I am in Garuda" I asked. He replied - "We are in forum, coming in half an hour". I was really frustrated. It is rare that I am not interested in so called Beauty but that situation was like that only.

Finally They came to Garuda. We don't know why are we happy but every one has a quite smile on their face. We talked but still we were waiting for other guys. Then phone starts ringing and 2 sms' came means 3 guys have cancelled the meet. Okay as their wish, we had come and having fun, But...... I am still waiting for Anant, we didn't have his contact number as He is "Anant" - completely unpredictable- He can do any thing Even " he can lost a Mobile phone in 5 day's trip to India......" believe me - he has proved it this time.

After some time when we were planning to leave I got a call from Unknown number but Voice was not unknown. After exchanging great word of Mobile arena "Hello". My face's expression was completely changed and "Where are you? When will you come? We are in Garuda waiting for you." I fired all questions which could be in my mind. It was Anant on other side. "Ok baba - I am coming in half an hour...Wait for me" He replied. Now we need to pass this time so Sahardole, mahesh, Saajan and me started searching "Thadi" and believe me we got a "Thadi" at the most happening and costliest Road of Bangalore. We had something there and we came back.

This time we had not wait for long time. Shardole got a call from Amaresh means He is also coming. Good - "TOO GOOD".

After having Dinner we went to "NASA" a famous "Grapes' Juice Shop". We talked for an hour. Finally this is the time to say Good Bye as clock was saying 2300 hours. I knew that it will be tough for me to reach home at this time still I wanted to Stop Time.

After 10 minutes I was walking alone on empty road. I didn't know the way to home or bus stand. No auto was there. I walked around 3 Kilometers and finally I reached at a bus stand. I asked a guy about the next bus and he said It is at 0000 hrs and he was not sure about it. I had no other choice so was standing there and hoping that at least one auto would have come. My good luck that a bus came at 0005 hrs. Bus had around 15 cm *15 cm free space but I had to adjust. I reached my home at 0100 hrs.

I was happy and tired. I had one more meet with all those people in my dream that night. So you can say:-
"I was trying to stop time and Literally speaking I rewind the time that night."
